I've lived in the tension of carrying too much, emotionally, relationally, and physically. Through my own healing, I've learned how powerful it is to reconnect with the body, notice what's really happening beneath the surface, and gently shift the patterns that keep us stuck. A big part of this journey has been understanding attachment styles and how they shape the way we connect, protect, and relate to others. When we can see these patterns with compassion, new possibilities for healing and choice open up, that's the kind of support I now offer: grounded, relational, and body-based.
